Call the helpline from the IKO mobile app

Would you like to use the telephone service (IVR) or do you require our consultant’s assistance? You can make a phone call directly from IKO, without entering your client number and telephone password.

  • You do not have to enter your client number or telephone password. Logging in to the app confirms your identity.
  • Automated telephone service (IVR) lets you handle your bank affairs independently with the use of the telephone keyboard. You can always get in touch with our consultants, too!
