Opening a bank account
You can open an account in PKO Bank Polski in a few steps with your mobile phone.
The application form is available only in Polish.
How to open an account in PKO Bank Polski using IKO app?
1. Download IKO app from an application store and tap on I have no account (Nie mam konta) button.
2. Choose the account and debit card type.
3. Enter your data: forname (Imię), name (Nazwisko), family name (Nazwisko rodowe), mother's forname (Imię matki), mother's family name (Nazwisko rodowe matki), PESEL (personal identity number), birthplace (Miejsce urodzenia), citizenship (Obywatelstwo), ID type (Dokument tożsamości), ID serial number (Numer seryjny dokumentu), ID expiry date (Data ważności dokumentu tożsamości), mobile phone number (Telefon kontaktowy), e-mail address (Adres e-mail), address (Adres zamieszkania), address for correspondence (Adres korespondencyjny),
4. Decide whether you want to get an overdraft on your account and where your bank statements should be sent - iPKO internet service or e-mail. Finally, give us your postal address so we can send you the agreement.
5. Sign the statements and file an application.
6. Done! The courier will contact you shortly.
What are the next steps?
- You will get an e-mail with additional information and customer number.
- You can get a partial access to your account via internet servis and mobile app.
- Wait for the courier and sign the agreement.
- When the Bank receives the signed agreement, you can use our internet and mobile services to the full extent.
