Your contact data in the bank
- Check in the IKO app if your data provided to the bank are up-to-date.
- Some data, including the PESEL number, the ID card number and the telephone number are presented in a masked form for security reasons. In order to view the data, you have to enter the PIN to the app.
- Now, you can change your e-mail address in IKO and enable or disable marketing consents.
- If you wish to modify other data, log-in at the iPKO website
How to check your data in IKO?
Go to your profile in the top left-hand corner of the screen and tap My data.

This is the only way to use all the options offered by your account, whereas we can fully take care of the safety of your finances. - Why do we need your ID?
After we have been able to confirm your identity, you have the option of signing contracts with us on-line and via telephone, without leaving your home. - Why should your e-mail address in the bank data be up-to-date?
We can send the following data to this address: o history of transactions from the account and information about servicing your products; o promotional offers; o notifications about events, which you can enable or disable on the iPKO website; o responses to your inquiries and complaints. - Why should marketing consents be enabled?
We can send you information about newest offers and services, and you can take part in competitions and promotional offers with prizes.
