Reset the password to iPKO website and telephone service

Check out the simple mode of resetting the password to your telephone service or iPKO website.

How to change the password to the iPKO website?

  1. Go to Menu →Settings and in section Security and access choose Reset the password to iPKO.
  2. Check if the number to which the password will be sent is correct and go to Reset the iPKO password. Confirm the change with the PIN to the application.
  3. On the log-in site to iPKO, enter your client number or friendly log-in.
  4. We will send you an SMS with a temporary password which is valid for 10 minutes - use it to log in. After logging in, we will ask you to assign a new password.

How to reset the telephone password?

  1. Go to Menu →Settings and in section Security and access choose Reset the telephone password.
  2. Check if the number to which the temporary password will be sent is correct and go to Reset the telephone password. Confirm the change with the PIN to the application.
  3. Call the hotline and provide your client number.
  4. We will send you an SMS with a temporary password which is valid for 10 minutes - use it to log in. After logging in, we will ask you to assign a new password.
