Mobile top-up
Use the IKO mobile app to top up your pre-paid mobile phone in Orange, NJU MOBILE, T-Mobile, heyah, Play, Plus and Virgin Mobile. In IKO you can also easily top up your phone with a pre-defined transaction set in iPKO - just select it from the list.
1. Log in to IKO
2. Go to the Payments section and select the Mobile top-up icon.
3. Tap on the Single top-up button.
4. Fill in the top-up details - enter the phone number and the operator and then confirm the operation.
Order the invoices for mobile top-ups through IKO in iPKO Internet service within three months after the end of the month in which the top-up was made, by selecting the link Issue, which can be found in the Top-ups history.
The invoice is issued in electronic form and will be available for download the next business day.
In accordance with the applicable law, you might also receive an invoice in paper form by sending data necessary to issue a VAT invoice to the address specified in section 3 paragraph 9 of the Rules for Electronic Provision of Services by PKO BP Finat Sp. z o.o. The invoice will be sent according to the terms and conditions set out in the Rules referred to above.
Mobile top-ups are only available for users of IKO installed on mobile phones with Android, iOS or Windows Phone and associated to an account in PKO Bank Polski.
To top-up your mobile phone, your application must be connected to the Internet or wi-fi.
