Unlock IKO (assign a new PIN)
After entering an incorrect PIN three times, IKO will be blocked.
This security device protects the application against unauthorized access by persons who have unduly gained possession of your phone.
Check how easily and quickly you can unlock the application via the iPKO/Inteligo website.
1. Log in to the iPKO / Inteligo website, select IKO tab and click on the box naming the device with the blocked application.
2. Click on “change PIN to the application”
3. Enter the code from the authorization tool you use (SMS password, code from the card with disposable codes or password from a token).
4. The website will display the authorization code. Open IKO and enter that code where indicated, then assign a new PIN.
The application is already unlocked and ready to go - just log in using the new PIN.
Remember that to use IKO you must have a phone number from a Polish mobile operator. It must be reported to the bank branch as your contact number.
