IKO mobile app – passive vs. active mode
IKO can operate in either passive or active mode:
- The IKO passive mode is, when a phone user downloads the IKO app, enters his client number and password to iPKO (Inteligo) internet service and sets PIN code to the application. By doing just that you are able to view the account or other PKO Bank Polski products details, but you cannot perform any operations.
- The IKO active mode is, when a phone user additionally to the above actions, also activates the IKO app. Being in an active mode means you can make transfers and perform operations such as e.g. mobile top-up, BLIK transactions, cash withdrawals/deposits using IKO. IKO activation is free of charge.

While in a passive mode, IKO app will remind you of a possibility of activating it. Remember, you can activate IKO app at any time, no matter for how long you have been using it in a passive mode – just tap on Activate button and follow the instructions.
