Respond

Emergencies require quick decisions to secure data and avoid unauthorized transactions via IKO:

  • If you lose your phone, block and deregister IKO by calling the hotline, via the iPKO website or at a Bank branch office.
  • If you suspect that the IPN may have been disclosed, change your IKO PIN in IKO or on the iPKO website.

If IKO does not work properly, check if you have access to the Internet. In addition, you may check on the Bank's website if there is a message about IKO. In case of further problems, contact the Bank's hotline: 800 302 302 (charge according to your operator rates).

Remember, if you have not used IKO for a long time, you might want to access the app store to check if an IKO update is available.
